Most orders
are shipped from Cincinnati, OH within 20 days.
Shipping charges are not included in any pricing shown.
Shipment will be calculated at the time of the order.This
is because of the size and weight of many of our products. This way you pay
for the exact shipping charge to your location and not a flat rate.
You can contact us and ask for an
estimate of the shipping charges.
We are experts in
the field of exporting equipment WORLDWIDE. We can provide
delivery anywhere in the world in a timely matter.
Warranties
Product warranties are limited to those provided by the equipment
manufacturer. TECNIKAEquipment.com.ar makes no other warranties of any kind, express or
implied, including any Warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose.
TECNIKAEquipment.com.ar shall have no liability to customer or any
other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage arising
out of or connected with the merchandise including, but not limited to, any
claim for incidental or consequential damages, regardless of any warranty
included with the merchandise. Please refer to manufacturer’s or vendor’s
warranty included with the merchandise to determine the remedies available
in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship.
Damage
We take great care to pack our shipments to prevent damage in transit,
however sometimes damage does occur. If a product arrives damaged please
notify the delivery driver and have them make a notation of the damage on
the delivery receipt. All cartons and packing materials must be saved for
inspection by the delivery company.
Returns
No returns will be accepted for any reason without written approval. To
request a return authorization please contact us and include your original
order number. No refunds will be given on shipping charges. Any product
returned must be shipped back prepaid at the customer’s expense. All returns
are subject to a restocking charge of 25%. Food products and food packaging
materials cannot be returned. Any item that has been assembled or is not in
the original carton cannot be returned. |
